In this week’s solo episode of the pod, I share with you my journey in building ‘Chris Lowe Nutrition’, my pathway into Elite Sport….plus some of the stupid shit I’ve done to get in shape and why this acts as a driving force to educate and empower the best athletes in the world.
Although this episode may mostly benefit coaches and practitioners, I feel there are many lessons I can share through my experiences and challenges that are relevant for everyone in all aspects of sport and life.
From overcoming my fear of failure and dealing with imposter syndrome, the need for strong values, and the power of having a powerful ‘why’ when it comes to your overall mission.
